Material:
- 10 tbsp tapioca flour
- 5 tbsp flour
- 4 stalks of green onions
- 1 egg for coating
- Ground spices:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
How to make
- Mix flour and tapioca.
- Add the thinly sliced green onions along with the ground spices.
- Pour hot water little by little while stirring the dough until it becomes a dense dough that is easily scavenged.
- Boil some water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and a little oil.
- Elongated balls of sempol dough to taste.
- Put it in boiling water and cook until it floats. Lift.
- After the sempol is cold, prick it with a skewer.
- Beat the eggs with a little salt, dip the sempol and fry until cooked.
- After that remove and drain
- Enjoy chicken pops with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
